Our registered address is 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett House, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.

2. Our Products
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including photography, formulation details, and testing information. Products are subject to availability — if something you've ordered is out of stock, we'll let you know and arrange a refund for that item.
Our supplement products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though this will never affect an order you've already placed. Payment is taken securely through Stripe at the time of order — we never see or store your full card details.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
A contract between you and Red Gold Reserve is formed once we confirm your order by email after successful payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, in the case of a pricing error or stock issue), in which case you'll receive a full refund.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only, free of charge on every order. See our Shipping & Returns page for full delivery timings.
6. Your Right to Cancel & Our Money-Back Guarantee
Your statutory right: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, for a full refund. This statutory right does not normally apply to sealed goods (such as food supplements) once unsealed, for health and hygiene reasons.
Our own guarantee goes further: every order from Red Gold Reserve is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, and we accept returns of opened or used products too, no questions asked. 7. Subscribe & Save
If you choose a Subscribe & Save plan, your order will repeat automatically at the interval shown, at the discounted price stated, until you pause, skip, or cancel it. There is no minimum commitment, and you can cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@redgoldreserve.co.uk.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, our liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the Red Gold Reserve and RedGold88™ names — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. Changes won't affect orders placed before the change.
