We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Every order qualifies for free delivery — there's no minimum spend and no separate shipping charge at checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your payment is processed.
We don't currently ship outside the UK. If that changes, this page will be updated.

Refunds are processed back to the card or payment method used at checkout, typically within a few business days of us confirming your return.

If you're on a Subscribe & Save plan, you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time — there's no minimum commitment. The same 30-day guarantee above applies to your first Subscribe & Save delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, email us at hello@redgoldreserve.co.uk with your order reference and, if possible, a photo — we'll sort out a replacement or refund straight away.
